The DPGS40TA model with a pressure range of 0-0.6 bar from the WIKA DELTA-line is a robust differential pressure instrument, engineered for monitoring and controlling low differential pressures in applications demanding high resistance to one-sided overpressure and static pressure. It is specifically designed for the critical monitoring and control of filtration, flow, and level in systems such as heat transfer oil plants, boilers and pressure vessels, marine boilers, bilge-water collection, water and wastewater treatment plants, pressure-boosting stations, heating technology, and fire-extinguishing systems. As a “DELTA-comb” unit, it uniquely integrates a local, mechanical gauge with an electrical switch function, ensuring the differential pressure remains visible on the analog display even during a power outage. The switch setpoint is conveniently front-adjustable across 10-100% of the scale, and with sensitive ranges starting from 0-250 mbar, it excels in precise applications. Built with a measuring chamber in either aluminum or a highly stable stainless steel version suitable for gaseous media, its reliability is underscored by numerous approvals and certifications, guaranteeing suitability for critical operations.
