The WIKA A52 bimetallic thermometer is a robust, entry-level industrial temperature measurement instrument designed for machine building, vessel construction, and heating technology applications. Featuring a stainless steel case and stem construction, this back-mount (axial) thermometer utilizes a reliable bimetal coil measuring element to provide accurate temperature readings across scale ranges from 0°C to 400°C. Available in multiple nominal sizes from 25mm to 160mm diameter, the A52 offers versatility with five different connection designs including standard male threaded connections, plain stems, male nuts, union nuts, and compression fittings. The thermometer meets EN 13190 standards with accuracy class 1 for larger nominal sizes (>60mm) and class 2 for smaller sizes. With its white aluminum dial, black lettering, and instrument glass window, the A52 provides clear visibility in industrial environments. The unit can withstand operating pressures up to 25 bar (static) for larger sizes and offers IP43 ingress protection depending on size. Standard insertion lengths range from 63mm to 250mm, making it adaptable to various installation requirements in piping networks and industrial apparatus.
